Support Process

  • Support Tickets
    All support will be undertaken through the Support Ticket mechanism.
  • Opening a new Support Ticket
    To open a new support ticket, the user must send an email to a ticket would automatically be opened and the user would receive a ticket number.
  • Responding to an Existing Ticket
    Please use the "reply" mechanism when responding to an existing ticket and do not delete the reference number which appears in the body and the subject (starting with a #)
