Implementation

When the Development process has been completed and signed off, we commence immediately with the implementation process.


Implementation Steps

  • First Payment of Monthly Fees (SAAS Pricing Model)
    Once the solution has been signed off, we will bill you for the first monthly fees. We need to receive proof of payment before we commence further steps.
  • Payment of Balance of Development Costs (Classic Pricing Model)
    Once the solution has been signed off, we will bill you for the outstanding balance of the development cost. We need to receive proof of payment before we commence further steps.
  • Setting Up a New Server
    It takes approximately one week to Setup a new server, point the correct subdomain to that server, load the solution on the server and test the server. During this time, the Systems Administrator of the client will start training the users on how to use the system, by using the test system.
  • Go Live
    Once the server has been Setup, the System Administrator at the Client will perform initial parameterization of the solution, and once that is ready, the system is live.


The Next Step: Support

After implementation, some support issues may creep up. These may be bugs that are discovered later or it may be that help with understanding the system is required. Support.
