Agreement

Once we have completed the Analysis and you have approved the Quotation we enter into an Agreement.

The Agreement will outline the terms of service, service level, conditions and detail the relationship. The Agreement is the First step in commencing the development process. The Second step is to pay the Setup Fee or Deposit, depending on the pricing model that you have chosen.


The Agreement

The Agreement will outline the following:

  • Service to be Rendered
  • Pricing Model
  • Duration of Commitment
  • Fee Structure
  • Payment Terms
  • Service Level
  • Buyout Mechanism
  • Protecting of Intellectual Property and Data
  • Cancellation Terms and Notice Period
  • Details of Contracting Parties
  • Conflict Resolution and Jurisdiction

The Agreement must be signed by an authorized person from both parties.


Setup Fee (SAAS Model)

Once the Agreement has been signed, we would bill you for the amount specified as the Setup fee.

The Setup Fee is equal to one months Rental + Hosting + Support fees.

We must receive payment of the Setup Fee before we provide a schedule for development.

This applies to the SAAS pricing model.

Deposit (Classic Model)

Once the Agreement has been signed, we would bill you for the amount specified as the Deposit.

The Deposit is equal to 30% of the Project Development cost.

We must receive payment of the Deposit before we provide a schedule for development.

This applies to the Classic pricing model.


The Next Step: Development

When we have received the Fee and the Agreement has been signed, we start the Development.
